L322 Headlight Adjustment?

I am the proud owner of a 2003 L322 with Halogen headlight... however i have noticed a few people flashing me whilst i have low beam on and worse still... My high beam is almost not worth using as they appear to be horribly aimed!

Is there any ways to adjust the headlights? I have had a look in the owners manual and there doesn't appear to be an adjustment... :(

This has been VERY helpful!

However like many who have adjusted headlights... i just can't get it right! :(... i get it good but i can always see spots out of focus slightly... and i am sure it is mostly in my head :angel:

If it still bothers you; visit your local auto-elec and get it done with their Hella beam tester machine.
