I went searching for newish threads but couldnt find any.
Thought I would get in early for my request. I am getting hitched in 02MAR13 and am looking for a couple of late model Rangies in the Ballarat area. Only an hour from Geelong.
I am happy to cover any costs involved and a hire fee. I am also happy to have the owner drive (as I realize how much is invested).
If I cant find 2 RR's, a Disco4 would suit for a 2nd car.
Or if anyone knows of a hire company that will hire them out that dosent have a min of 7days. I did find one car on a Google search. But it only lists one car and its booked for that period.
If not I am going to have to go with the Rolls Royce and that is nowhere near as classy.

I went for the open Buick. So I got at least a connection with the V8:)
Black Buick Wedding Cars Melbourne (http://www.blackbuicks.com.au/) Nice change to the usual Rolls and Jag IMO

The buicks are nice. I have seen them before. And Jags are out of the question, they have never been on the dream list.
Found a place on melbourne that rents RR's, but its a little pricey for a whole weekend and being that we will be in Ballarat. I think we will go over the KM allowance just getting there and back.
Did have a work colleagues of my fiance that had matching RR's but they just recently sold them for Audi's or something.

Has anyone heard of "Drive My Car Rental"?
Car Rentals (http://www.drivemycarrentals.com.au/)
They have an 03 RR that would suit my needs perfetly, I would have to hire it for a week. But cheaper than a weekend from elsewhere.

Pitty your wedding is not in Iceland. We hired a brand new Evoque and there was also the option to have 110 Defenders with 38's on:D. Series I 80 inch would make a nice wedding car too. Best of luck for your BIG day!

If I could get it past the future Minster of war and Finance. I would put to her that going to iceland and having a wedding on a glacier is a great plan. Guest can rock up in those Vans on 42's. And I can rock up in a rangie on 38's. I would be happy with that.
