Allow me to give you a ;) THANKS ;) on Diana and Bob's behalf.

From what I heard, they (Diana & Bob) had quite a few things to sort out and probably ran out of time. Didn't need the welder in the end as other factors over ruled and vehicle would not have passed the necessary roadworthy inspection. :o

Hi Keith,

Thanks for your post about the welder and help - but the number of problems with the vehicle started to grow after we had discovered the chassis cracking around the steering relay and the mission was aborted. It's a tilt tray job now.

Please send me a PM with your ph. no. I did not get it from Caroline on Friday morning - she was so excited about going to pick up her Series 1 80".:) We would have liked to catch up with you to look at Tristan and your 6WD Motorhome on our way back from Maryborough on Saturday.

We had to get back to Caboolture RSL for a pre-arranged lunch. Hopefully next time it will be a little less complicated.

No problem Bob. Perhaps I will get to the next expo. Catch up again there.

Hi Keith

Sorry for the delay, I went off line immediately after the original post as was using battery power at the side of the road.

Yes thank you for the offer and info but this was a vehicle that needs to be tilt tray job as the track is too wide for my little SWB S1 Landy trailer
