TD4 XS

My wife and I took a TD4 XS for a test drive on the weekend and were impressed. I have a 4 y o Passat wagon to trade in, but my wife could purchase the car through the LR Corporate Program. I was wondering if any other members of the Forum have had experience purchasing their vehicles through this program, and can assist with what we can expect with regard to pricing and servicing etc? Any help would be appreciated.

I have mine through the Corporate program. I was impressed with the outcome as it did offer a better pricing to start with and also includes FREE servicing for 3 years/100 000 km during the warranty period.

This will be a big help ...

The deal also included free car floor mats, reduced delivery cost and a discounted price.

Thanks for your help Greg, my wife & I will spend a bit more time on the weekend visiting the dealers here in Melbourne to see what cars are available, as well as making some enquiries with them regarding the Corporate Program.

The corporate plan is good and I have enjoyed free servicing for nearly 3 years. You need to note that some items like new brake pads or disks are charged for.

But by having a Novated lease AND the Land Rover corporate plan, I have never seen been charged a single $. Though I do pay the fleet lease charge, but we all pay one way or another.

Thanks Tony, we ended up getting a good deal on a TD4 SX which included the Corporate Program. So far I am very impressed with the car in the few weeks of driving which has been mostly city travel. I look forward to getting out off the bitumen in the near future and see what the car is really capable of.
