Oil at my ECU

I have a 2004 110 TD5 imported from South Africa via the UK and the time has come where oil has reached my ECU!

What to do now? There are no symptoms to date but.....

If I just replace AMR6103 will that solve the problem? what about the oil that is already en-route?

you could just clean the ecu plug every now and then once the injector loom is replaced.
