You don't need to remove the radiator.
Take the fan off remove the belt and oil line and pull it out
Easier than you think

Fan spanner is 36mm. It is normal thread. Ie Hit it left to undo.
I bought a falcon 32mm spanner and used a grinder to enlarge it

Depends on how it's shipped. If it's shipped via post it can take 4-8weeks. If it's shipped by courier (More expensive) you can have it here in 4-5 days.

Hans,
Have you removed the Alternator yet? If not you might want to check the fuses. My Alt light came on and the brake lights stopped working and I was advised that the fuse that feeds the brake lights also supplies the alternator. If it blows it wont allow the alternator to charge. All fixed for 10c. the problem was water in the brake light wire after a weekend away.
Cheers Nino.

Hans,
No problem, I deal with paddocks in the UK and usually get my order in 5-10 days. Good prices but watch postage/freight.
Nino.
