Windscreen Seal

G'Day All,

I need to replace my windscreen due to stone chip damage. Is it worth replacing the windscreen seal at the same time?

The last time I had a windscreen replaced, just the glass was replaced. But it seems to me that it might be worth paying a few more dollars and getting the seal done at the same time. It's eight years old.

What do others think?

I'd be inclined to change it. I had a screen changed a couple of months back and had a new seal fitted.

Has it started to perish in the corners?

I need to get mine done as well. Is it better to source the seal yourself or do the windscreen mob have access to quailty seals for the defender?
