New 2012 model disco

Hi all,
Just asking is there any word on the street what Landrover are doing in last 6 months this year. It appears there are very few new cars or range in the dealers. Is there a new launch about to happen?:) I am looking to buy so I don't want to buy an old model if a launch of new is about to happen. Any help appreciated.

They are very tight lipped but I am guessing it's the release of the MY13. Apparently the factory is currently in refit mode (closed for July, no cars being built) ready for the new model to begin rolling off the line in August.

I and one other on this forum that I know of have placed orders for MY13 cars. Maybe they are running out the 12's in readiness.

My MY13 officially is due for delivery 30.12.12, unofficially October November. I would have liked an MY13 model, built in 2013 and compliance in 2013 but would have had to wait until March-April for it... I couldn't wait that long.

it's interesting to see also that a number of the ads on car sales are saying last of the 2.7's available....
maybe they will be dropping this engine soon
