What are the legalities of tube front wings

I am just wondering if anyone knows the legality of having a tubular front end on a defender? I am interested it getting one done for the front of
My registered 110 ute which already has a custom Offroad tray and soon a cab exo cage.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated
