Townsville - Auto Transmission Service

Hi guys, apart from Landrover Townsville @ just under $1400 for a automatic service (ZF pan on a D3) can anyone recommend a good place to go?
100k on the clock. Extended warranty doesnt cover it as its not broken, however Landrover TSV are recommending it be done asap.

Would love any tips or info.. Even links to threads on here.. I really struggle with the search function on here.

The only experience I have with Tville LR dealer is having the rain sensor software reloaded in my D3 last year. They did a good job, acceptable price, and were pleasant to deal with.

Having said that, I had my auto trans flushed, oil changed and steel pan fitted by Toowoomba LR Dealer for $1,396 Sept 2010. From 'quotes' obtained from various places (including I think from some advice on here) it appeared to be a fair price.

Looks like we may not have an option..

I asked them for an appraisal on value.. Out of interest.

07 D3 SE 100k on clock - bought not even 12 months ago for $50000

Their offer was $30000

Apart from that insult, they have been great to deal with.
