Just wondering if anyone has a Motorola Defy + and whether it works with the Bluetooth - was thinking of buying one, but LR website says it doesn't work with the Bluetooth, but I can't see why not.....

I've got a spare Defy (not plus) if you want to test it.

Thanks ranga, but apparently the Defy works with the D4, but the Defy Plus doesn't.

Do you like the plus?

not related to a d4 but I bought a 900mhz version of the defy+ (Optus rural rather than next g) off overseas eBay seller.

The reception on this phone is why I bought it as it was a current blue tick Android phone.

And it's great, can't recommend it enough to anyone who's in poor signal areas and wants an Android smart phone.

For a while I ran it as it came, but now it's rooted and running cyanogen mod.

I run my Defy+ without any problems in my D4 HSE. Manage the phone through the ICE or directly, stream music and internet radio (vTuner) via bluetooth. Everything works as it should. You can see the install at http://www.aulro.com/afvb/d3-d4-rrs/149144-mobile-phone-mount-options.html
