installing a DIN radio into a roof consol on a new defender

Hi All
I have just purchased Terrafirma roof consol and want to fit a GEM TX4500 into my MY12 Defender, looking for any instal tips re cable routing etc.

I've got mine in the roof console. I got an extension speaker(GME) and fitted that across above the B pillar, closer to my head. The wires are all routed along the A pillar underneath the little covers. I've got an RJ45 panel mount to plug the remote head mic into. It has a socket at the back to plug the feed wire from the radio unit into. The whole thing is out of sight when the mic is unplugged.
