Airconditioning system?

Would some kind person please tell me, are the pipes behind the centre of the dash marked with the red circle in this photo filled with refrigerant for the aircon system? (2009 Defender 110)

Both pipes have refrig in them. They will go to the compresser.

That is the heater matrix pipes. Water from the engine.

The pipes from the aircon compressor comes in behind the Engine ECU through the bulkhead to the Evaporator. The evaporator sit infront of the Heater/Evaporator Core Housing closest to the bulkhead.
