I need to replace my front door handle (exterior).

I seem to remember seeing some stainless steel or aluminum versions advertised somewhere. Now that I need them I can't seem to find them anywhere - can anyone suggest a source?

Thanks,

Nathan

Croytec.co.uk make interior handles from CNC aluminium but I can't ever recall seeing anyone doing a metal external replacement.

Has the button broken ?

I've replaced three so far.......

at least the OE ones are cheap enough.

Give them a puff of dry lube past the button every so often Rick and they last for ages. Pat

It's just a fatigue failure of the plastic at the base of the button Pat.

Other than the drivers door, I didn't bother replacing the others until recently as I hardly ever carry passengers, so it was an inbuilt anti-theft device but I could still get in to get to tools and gear as I normally have a screwdriver in my pocket when on a job :D
