Discovery 1 300tdi swivel hub repairs

Hi all, fairly new to the forum so somebody may have already covered this elsewhere. Starting to notice a leak on the front passenger swivel hub? (l'm a sparky not a mechanic) anyone have ideas on seal kits and where to source?
