Hi im looking for someone that is able to fit a new o ring in my injector pump.
Ill get the seal and am willing to pay you for your time.

I have a problem with surging in my 300 tdi disco the pump has just been refurbished last week so im thinking it might be injectors.
Can anyone tell me what a new set will cost?

check in order

fuel water sedimentor
fuel filter
lift pump.
blow back all the fuel lines.

In addition to that Mr BK said, go back to the diesel shop who did the work and show them - if they adjusted the IP wrong, it could end up expensive to rectify.

Thanks guys ill check them out although the lift pump is new and the fuel filter on the firewall is new also.

I paid 365 for four bosch injectors from the uk earleir tis year

I got under and checked the filter down near the tank, pulled the bolt from the bottom and heaps of **** come out so off to get 2 new filters for it tomorrow.

Unless it has been modified, the "filter" near the fuel tank on the inside of the chassis rail is in fact a water separator.

7/16 ring spanner to the bolt on the top surface centre of the mount plate.
You will then be able to remove entire separator and clean out the junk.

A tip for removing the water separator for cleaning is to cut-off the bottom of a plastic 2 litre milk container and slip it up under the separator to spill and drop into as the top centre bolt is loosened and release.

I have ordered a set $320.00 landed so lets see , Im told they are made in france by Diesel Micheline and are very good quality and ill be very happy :D
