Well I've had a couple of busy but pretty enjoyable days at work. Sunday saw our volunteers with National Parks and Fire Rescue NSW implement a significant hazard reduction around the Grays Point area.

For me this involved a couple of recce flights to check on the progress of the area burning, it also highlighted how beautiful the waterways are.

Anyway a few pics from the Sunday/Monday

Its amazing how clear the water is. You can see there has been little or no rain in Sydney for a while.

Great shots from the air.

Geez, Port Hacking has silted up a lot over the last 30 or so years I've been using it. I wonder if they'll ever do any serious dredging or all those on deep water fronts will end up owning land locked blocks of land. And aren't' choppers just sensational to ride in, my choice too.

Top pics Martyn, the waterways always look so spectacular from the air.
