Website Design and Hosting

Hi

Im looking for some information on Web site design and hosting.

Does anybody know of a reasonable priced company/Individual who can design/build a 5 page website. Also will need it hosted

Quick google search shows a company who will do it for $12.50 a month, not sure what the quality would be like though.
I'm sure Inc. could give you some pointers, hosting/design isn't my schtick.
