Hi all,
This is my first post as a member, I have a 03 D2, these ProVent set ups sound like a winner, where is the best mounting place on a Discovery 2. Also I have noticed in the discussions guys are cleaning out their intercoolers, how is this done.

I have no experience of the provent so can't comment, but there is an intercooler cleaning how to here www.discovery2.co.uk / Workshop / Intercooler Cleaninr (http://www.discovery2.co.uk/intercooler.html)

I used an engine degreaser when I've cleaned my 200TDi intercooler. Probably 1/4 filled the intercooler, blocked both ends and gave it a really good shake about, drained it and depending on how dirty the cleaner came out repeated. The washed rest of the cleaner (It was a water soluble degreaser) out with water and let it dry before refitting.

I've had my Provent in my D2a for ~40K Km. They do work very well.
