clutch slave cylinder

Hi all,
Am about to replace my slave cylinder on my 1992 disco.
Are there any tricks to help for a painless swap over.:p

use a flared ring spanner on the pipes, one of those ring spanners with a slot cutout of it.
make sure when you remove the slave the the [ush rod stays attached to the fork arm, no need to remove the damper from the slave until it is all out. much easier to attach the damper via the pipe to the slave before going back in

Just been through the same if the rod comes out sikaflex into place. Makes life easier

But a heads up don't know how old your clutch and clutch fork is but if your clutch fork is getting old maybe change the fork. I fully rebuilt my motor replaced the clutch fitted motor up perfect. Went to reverse out of the drive bang clutch fork broke over the pivot ball. Triumph rover wreak told me its really common

New slave may just ping it just a heads up
