'84 RR into '91 Disco

Being a Rover newb and rebuilding a basket case,,Im working my way through the belt system trying to find where everything fits. Most I have sussed, but there is an idler or tensioner pulley I cannot find where goes. I get the aircon comp one one the drivers side but the other baffles me. Help!

It should be nearby on the same side - it's the tensioner for the crank to waterpump belt. Look for a post a little down and towards the engine from the aircon tensioner.
