greetings all, chasing advice. I'm putting a tray on a 130 C/C. I have the options to mod a steel landcruiser tray or build from new. My question is, what size trays can/do go on these utes? are they standard size or longer???
Appreciate any input as I know nothing about landrovers....actually I failed the first random question at registration.....there ya go.

Ours is a modified Ex-fisheries steel tray with alloy bed, of a pootrol, cruiser or something else, works well as is light with strength of steel around the sides:)
Ours is 1.8 mtrs long. Some put longer ones on but hey, these fenders are long enough as the are:D
Can post pics if requested:)

Mine measures a shade under 1800mm wide and 1950mm long.
The overhang at the rear is fine for touring and just OK for most 4wd'ing as long as I watch my lines.
I will shorten it up 300mm when I build up a slide camper for it.

Legally I think you are allowed 60% of your wheelbase behind the rear axle, never worked it out but I was told it would be around 2.7m on a crew cab which would look ridiculous on a 130.
I have a 2.5m tray on a 130 crew cab that has had a 700mm chassis extension, good for everything. . . . except turning around :D

I would go a custom job, both my 130 work utes are fitted with steel trays, 2650mm long which give a 350mm overhang past the rear cross member, I have a land cruiser tray top and the mounting system is quite different, factor in a re spray and fabrication of mounting brackets and I think a custom tray is the better option.
