Bias springs/plate adjustment?

Does it do it in every gear, or just 3rd and 4th?

Do you have the workshop manual? Good diagrams and adjustment instructions there.

I've recently rebuilt my box and refitted, and mucked about with the bias springs. Currently not "optimal", and rattles like a good 'un in particular rev ranges in 3rd or 4th.

It is not the exhaust pipe rattling against something, check that all the hangers are on the rubbers properly.
