Broken exhaust studs

Hi i need to know what size studs to buy to replace the 2 very front and very rear exhaust manifold studs on a 200tdi defender.
i had thought they had falllen out but on closer inpection they are broken off.
Im told they will either be 8 or 10mm, but no iead how long either.

standard defender 200tdi, manifold to CH studs?

M10 x 25 (TE110051L)

M10 x 35 (TE110071L)
