I'm looking for some advice on how to maximise the suspension travel on my D2 without lifting more than 2 inches.
I wasn't too worried until I took it to the Watagans and lifted one back wheel nearly 2 feet off the ground!!
My current setup consists of D2a rear springs in the front, OME +2" D1 rear springs in the rear (with poly-airs), and Suspension Stuff Silver shocks all round. I was told the shocks were for a +2" lift, but they are no longer than the standard LR shocks.
Currently at full droop I am nearing the limits of the brakelines and ABS wires, but I have a set of extended brake hoses and from what I've read on here there should be enough ABS line available to extend these. At this point the springs are about 4" from dislocating.
So without going for a Slunnie-style 4" lift, what are my options? (my budget is somewhat limited):(
