Instrument Voltage Stabiliser

Hi all. im just in the process of re wiring, my 2a, can anyone assist with the connections, on the instrument stabiliser, is it the male terminal's, to the instrument's or the female side to the instruments ? any photos would be great,

sorted it, cleaned it up,it has an I and a B on the stabiliser, I for the instrument's, how good is the internet,

Worth noting, there is a post on here somewhere.
Someone ripped the innards out of one and replaced it with electronics.
