Hey everyone.
Ive got a Bottom radiator hose which is weaping slightly when under pressure where it meets the water pump. the hose appears to be in good condition otherwise. Replace the hose? Take off and clean up? Or other options. Its a 02 TD5 Defender
Cheers

The only weeping that will occur is when you go to pay for a radiator and hoses

take off the hose at that end and clean it up.
you will most likely find a bit of corrosion in between the hose and the water pump fitting.
keep and eye one it and take further action if the leak still persists.

Your going to spend all that time to take it off and clean it up then put the old hose back on? Which could leak again down the track.
If you've never changed it do it then you know its not going to leak again.
What's the hose worth $40? Not worth it in my opinion.

guess your right.
that hose is only a little one anyway.
if you go that way and plan on doing some extended travel you could replace all the hoses.
you will 100% know all hose are good and also have spares then if you do happen to spring a leak far from home
