Easy to use photo editor for particular purpose?

I’ve googled away and tried a few but none seem to do what want.

I’m not looking to do anything too flash, just the following:

Darken / replace a sky (if possible)
Adjust a colour photo to B&W or Sepia tones.
Add effects (to “age” a photo – such as dots, folds, ragged edges, etc)
Add a frame.


Anyone have any suggestions?

Nah dont use that one Ron all my stuff is on webshots.

Will give irfanview a look at.
When i first saw it (years ago) it didnt have many features but seeing the filtersunlimited plugins etc sounds good !
