Noisy idle on 04 td4 freelander

Hey guys, posting on the old girl's behalf here!

She's saying that her 04 td4 freelander sounds rather noisy at idle, becomes quiet off-idle. By noisy I mean train-like.

Oils and coolant is good. I am 800km away so I can't diagnose, thought someone may have experienced it in the past!

Is it more noticeable when cold?

It's the same all the time. The problem is now fixed! It was the harmonic balancer believe it or not! Definitely noticeable with the air con on as it made the noise amplify with the extra strain on the pulley!
