Replacement battery for Ranga's GPS

Hi all,
I asked this question a year or so ago and got no response, so thought I'd try again.
Has anyone found a replacement battery that will fit.
With the two units I bought, they both hold a charge for no more than a few seconds when fully charged.
Has anyone had any success replacing the built-in battery?

I have not tried to replace the battery. But the ability to hold charge is like you describe, As I only use it in the car it doesn't worry me much, haven't even looked to see where the battery is.

Hope someone chips in with a solution.

Had the same problem with my old GPS after about 4 years. It was also almost impossible to find the right battery with the contacts in the correct position for the unit. It was easier to just get a new 6" screen ebay job and transfer my Ozi Explorer maps to it.
