Defender new style door seals

Just ordered a full set of Defender new style door bottom seals in an attempt to minimize dust entry into the cab.

Front doors LR029309
Rear doors are LR029307 and LR029308

Very reasonably priced aprox $150 for the full set from the stealers .

Thing is, that red dust will get in no matter what you do. Sure, minimise it but ultimately, the best way is to keep your possessions in sealed containers.

I got a pair of these too.. my doors had daylight under them from the old type seal. They still had daylight with the new, so I'm using both. Snug as! It allowed me to put some shims under the bottom door hinge to get the top end of the door tighter to the seal...

so I recommend the double seal and shimmy to any one who is annoyed with the front top edge of their door creeping open to the wind at high speed!

Might get some of these for mine as I've torn one if the originals.

Never had much of a bulldust issue with mine though - that only really happens if you turn the fan to recirc and depressurise the cab :confused:
