So I knocked up a sway bar spacer today , It will moved the bar 20mm down and 25mm back giving a 70mm clearance between the front prop shaft and the sway bar at rest, this is with a set of +50 OME springs .

Once I lifted the front wheels off the ground it still had 5mm clearance between the front prop shaft and the sway bar this is with +50 Terrafirmma Super pro shocks ,which is ok as it’s not often that both front wheels will do this.

I just need to test it for when one wheel drops into a rut , I’m anticipation it will have more than 5mm clearance in this situation , if anyone knows otherwise please let me know .

I will probably make up some extra spacers in 5mm increments to achieve the desired clearance .

Yes i know the treads don't protrude past the nuts enough.

Try jacking the drivers side front chassis rail up until the front wheel is well off the ground, that is how I found mine was binding. We went 50mm down and 25mm back from memory. The problem is the sway bar actually reversing, my front has never done it but the rear has and I still haven't found a measurement to prevent it.
