My trailer has double axles with mini wheels and flexi block suspension, I noticed this afternoon both front wheels are worn unevenly. The rear ones are fine. Does anyone know why?

front axle may be slightly out of alignment or bent

No shocks, just the rubber blocks on each wheel.

find the same problems with trucks and trailers that i service and can be anything from alignment , bent axle , different tyre combo , ove/under inflation or un even load distribution.

Does the trailer tow nose down (or up)? This can preload the front wheels more than the rear (or the other way round) causing different rear rates.

Just a follow up, I went to a trailer repairer in Brookvale today for another matter with my trailer, while there, I got him to look at the tyres. He said the two front tyres had different problems, the right one is a flat spot, from sitting on dirt, and the left one is from underinflation. He said sitting on dirt is worse than concrete for flat spotting and also said that my tyres can be run at up to 72 psi, and that I should run 10 more in the front as they seem to take more weight.
Thanks for all the replies.
