Gday guys and girls, well after smashing 2 air compressor brackets I see the need to get a metal guard, where has everyone got there's from? I know Gordon does them but with him being on holidays that's not an option and I'm planning to have it fitted prior to Melbourne cup long weekend where I'm hoping to do the Wonnangatta Valley. Everyone's help here would be awesome as I don't want to spend another $195 on another bracket and I don't want to do the trip unless I have the guard. I've messaged Mungo so hopefully he has some in stock but are these two guys the only guys in Australia to do them? surely not!

Cheers
Julian

Julian,

From my little bit of research I think that Gordon and the guy's at MULGO who import the prospeed guard are the only ones in the country.

What are you doing / hitting that does the bracket in:eek:

G'day Lgm I try and get into the high country a fair bit and love the hard 4wd tracks, I have just got a new compressor bracket to replace the last one and it's no wonder they break they are terrible, I surely mustn't be the only one on here though that has had this problem. Why LR engineers placed the compressor in such a vulnerable position is beyond me.

Just ordered mine from Gordon, but you are right he is touring and won't be back for a couple of weeks.
