Good mechanic pt melb area.

After about 2hours and ma+ rating for language changing the diff/rear axle assembly on my 91 disco v8 is beyond my mate and my abilities, and our lack of tools isn't helping. Just can't get enough room to get 20yr old bolts undone.

So now I need to find someone around the pt melbourne area to do it for me. The closer the better as getting it there isn't gonna be easy. I have a replacement complete rear diff assembly so just need to find someone to do the work and I might as well get the old girl serviced at the same time.

Any help finding someone would be greatly appreciated. Iv got no idea what something like this should cost so if you guys have a rough idea that would be great too.

Not Pt Melb but Nth Melb, so close-ish. Try calling Louie at European Vehicle Services. 9329 7559, they are in Baillie St just up the road from British Car Components. They do the work on my wife's car when I am out of time. I find them to be decent and do not overcharge. Simon
