embedding video

Last night I successfully embedded a video of mine from youtube into a post on Aulro. So the video shows in the posting, not just a link. Tonight, I can't do it again.....it was a bit hit and miss last night so when I finally got it to work I was thinking to myself....how did that happen.
Sure enough tonight, I wish I knew because I have just spent and hour and a half trying to work it out again.

Anyone help?

I guess it has to do with the forum software. Your link needs to be in the plain format so you can't really copy from one forum or website to here. Make sure your link is the plain Youtube link that just has .../watch?v=XXXXXXXX e.g.
