Hi guys. Can anyone help me sort a problem?
Rebuilt my valve block and fitted it but when I switched the car on disaster.
The pump runs and the tank holds pressure but the car won't lift. No faults on the dash but when the car is shut off and all is quiet I can here the hissing of leaking air coming from the valve block.
After spraying it appears that all the solenoids are leaking.
Any ideas?

There is only one answer, Take it out and recheck your work. Dont be disheartened from what I read its not usual to get it perfect the 1st attempt.

Is it leaking out of the solenoid caps, or from the collets where the air lines go in to the block?
Good sign if the tank is holding pressure, you might have just accidentally swapped the solenoid caps around. Double check the wiring diagram for the solenoids at my VB rebuild page.

Thanks Paul. Think I did lose track of the caps location while I was watching a knights tale. I love that movie, real tear jerker ha ha.
Should have time this coming weekend to go over it again and ill let you know how it goes. Thanks also wayneg for the support. Really Sux when you put so much care and love into something and it just hisses at you.

I did the exact same thing on my classic, it pumped up okay though, then went heywire down the main street. Traveling with the left side on the bump stops, and the drivers side on the high level got me some really wierd looks!!
