i was hoping somebody would have the know how to grab a still shot from some video footage that is on the net....

the still that i am chasing is at the 13:19 mark, Zelie riding on a horse
the main problem might be downloading the footage as i cannot see how to do it....
if its possible and somebody can email me the pic that wouod be awesome.....
