ANNOYING DOOR RATTLE ON PUMA

Hi all.
Got an 09 ute and have had both door trims off but cannot find the rattle.
It's driving me nuts. Any thoughts apart from the usual "it's a defender"

Gasman. I had a rattle in my passenger side door and traced it to the operating mechanism operating arms. I can recall bending the offending one a bit so it didnt touch the door metal. Sorry but I cant tell you exactly which bit it was without taking the trim off as it was some time ago that I did it.
