inside the car, in the panel under the steering shroud there is a swing down small panel - use a coin to unlock and be careful opening it as the little plastic tags are easy to break. There are other fuse locations for major things like in the battery box under the passenger seat, but most fuses are in behind that panel i think - have fun!

Thanks Marty, I thought it was under a seat or something.
Cig lighter was out. Have checked the fuse and its OK. Next I will pull the cig lighter out of the dash to see if connection is broken.
All this so I charge my phone!
