just wanted to know will a body off a 86 county fit on to a gal chassis from a 87 perentie 110?

A few on here have done it. I assume you're going from 2 door to 4 door? Fuel tank will cause issues.

I'm sure it's possible, with a bit of customisation required as a worst case scenario, but fitting a bullbar is a different story. The front dumb irons are different from civy 110's, so unless you can get hold of an ex-army brush bar, you may need to do a bit of custom fabrication.
