Account settings in Thunderbird

I am trying to set up an email acct in Thunderbird for an elderly friend. I have wrong information in "outgoing server SMTP" but I cannot change it. The window says use default servetr but I have no option other than the wrong data. How can I change it? I have tried deletingThunderbird and reinstalling it but the problem remains. Jim;);)

As a followup to my thread I have found how to change it but can anyone tell me the setup onfo for Dodo within Thunderbird? Jim

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
Server: smtp.dodo.com.au
Port: 25
