So can anybody roll up and pay for a ride? I'll be over there next Easter, it would be something I'd love the kids to experience.

You have to book through the website, Rides - Tassie Tank Adventures (http://www.tassietanks.com.au/gallery/MTLB)
who the hell was driving?
The owner, she is a lot more work to drive that an M113 or a Centurion for that matter. We did get it up to 60kph in the open paddock but it started overheating. However fixed that very easily by opening the air vent at the front (it closes for fording, kinda like the cooling fan off switch in bushmaster). It was a weekend of trial and error. They have all the translated manuals. Translated from Russian to Polish!!! After a few laps the driving got better and the obbs techniques were smother.
The videos work OK?

Spotted that...
the videos didnt embed as you might have liked but they opened up full screen by clicking on them...
I thought those things had about the same gearing setups as the cents or the 50's a really low creeper, second being about where first should be then 3-4 more.
the pig rooting on the knife edge made me cringe, once you get on the obstacle dont touch the clutch, ride the brake and work the throttle....
Cant wait to see him amphib them..
what else's he got (cause thats not really a tank, its an APC)
