Just replaced the MAF sensor, had an inkling it was the cause of my problems[tried everything else] WOWE what a difference. I had the upgrade done on the computer and was not really satisfied--extra fuel consumption and not real smooth---but now" YEA BABY" I like it. Will gat the ball joints replaced and hopefully the noisy front end will disappear and all will be fine again!!!!!!!:D

Smart people only use OEM.
Aftermarket MAF are pretty hit and miss

Aftermarket from england, also the boots for the cv's and ball joints --saved myself a packet:D

Just get OEM from UK...

Either Siemens/VDO (aka OEM) or Genuine is the only way to go for the Td5's.
Cheap aftermarket MAF's have a bad reputation for giving inaccurate airflow readings, rather than failing outright.
This is most apparent in things like auto shift points.

I'll think you'll find that Siemans/VDO are the genuine part maker
