It appears at random. Sometimes if I clock on forums or some other area it comes up wanting me to enter quiz. Sometimes it comes up when logging on. It it is random and annoying

What happens if you use another computer or, say, an iPad?

I don't get anything popping up on mine.
ie9 is what I'm using. Norton Internet Security and occasionally spybot.

Took your advice and installed Spybot. 50 + problems including one called W3i.IQ5. Cleaned them and now computer runs flat out. Jim :D:D:D:D
