Is it possible to retrofit a cool climate package (ie. heated seats) to a Defender 90 or 110?

Would it technically be possible to make the back seats heated in a 110?

yep - it's a reasonably common modification in Europe. The seats are heated with simple elements, so as far as I remember there are two wires (pos and neg) that go to batter through a switch, and another two wires that plug into the seat base to power the pad there.

Regarding the back seats, it's possible to buy aftermarket heating pads on eBay - just lift the upholstery, stick the heat pads down on top of the foam, and redo the upholstery. Power as you would the front seats.
