G'day Chaps & Chappets, I'll try and up load a photo or three of a S2 88in soft top I have, I'm trying to find any one who may be able to help in finding its history. I think it was Ex Gov, as it has the Gross and Tare on the door and has had some sort of insignia on it, between the 1st & 2nd roof hoop it has been filled in with a hole in the centre, as if its had a flashing light or something else.

Hey all, anyone know if there a register of some sort that I can contact, with the details of my vehicle as to see who it was originally sold to?

Try contacting the British Motor Heritage Trust.
They may only have a date that it rolled off the line, but it's probably a good starting point.
