Discovery4 155kw or 187kw

Can someone please tell me the difference between the 2 engines in the
2013 Discovery 4. Both being the same 3litres but different power and torque
figures. How is this achieved? Is there any other extras on the higher
Power model?

In design the two engines are almost identical. The fuel injection system may differ (not sure about that), and the engine control modules + tuning maps are different.

Bear in mind you can't simply remap as there are physical differences.
