Brakefluid resistant paint

I'm just in the process of overhauling the brakes on my SIII and painted the backplates with an 'epoxy' type spray paint. Problem is if you get brake fluid on it the paint bubbles & lifts very easily.

I was thinking of POR15 as a possibility but wondered if anyone had any experience or is there a lower cost alternative ?

KBS Gold Standard is the POR 15 tank sealer equivalent, only slightly cheaper but Australian.

VHT engine enamel is pretty tough and easy to get, and according to their website suitable for brake fluid reservoirs etc.

I'm trying out some 'caliper paint' from SuperCheap. Test piece painted and I'll apply brake fluid tonight. Nothing on the can to say 'brake fluid resistant' but it did state 'brake dust resistant' ??
Young guy at SuperCheap asked why I wanted black because most people paint their calipers red or blue or yellow......

VHT is the next option but once dry it needs to be heated to 100C to fully cure, I think SMBO might complain if I use the oven. Maybe I could get away with using the BBQ.

The paint doesn't lift with brake fluid applied.
Left it on for a few seconds and wiped off then left it on for longer and wiped off with no damage to the paint.

Dupli-Color 'speciality' paints are 2 cans for $20 at Supercheap so you can get Caliper paint a bit cheaper at the moment.
