So i would like to install the egr blanking kit however before i purchase it i want to know that i can remove those two seized up torx bolts anyone have some ideas on how it can be done? using the torx key wasn't budging it.

Usually a hex head, rather than torx. Use lots of penetrating oil, or perhaps try using a freeze spray on the bolts. Best of luck. Use anti seize when reassembling.

easy if you have the gear, where in australia are you?

If you're nearby to ipswich you can drop in on a day that I have mechanicing on and I'll give you a hand to get it out.

Then they let go... If they snap then you will need to use eziouts. Exhaust manifold will need to come off, I guess.

It may not be suitable in this case but removing captive bolts can be helped by using a pin punch and hammer and applying a shock load square on to the top of the bolt head. Be aware that If the punch used sits on the top of a SHCS it may close the hex a little can be useful to tight the key.
If it unscrews a little tighten it again then unscrew a little more and keep turning back and fore until you have a gap on the plate to manifold then use more CRC / WD40 / Diesel. If it snaps is there enough to get the vice grips on if not file it flush.Carefully use a Center punch before drilling with a small pilot drill first. If the drill goes all the way through the bolt use the CRC again. If the Easy Outs don't work drill a hole tapping size and re- tap. Mine came out fairly easily. Good Luck
